Latham Hall facilities:
Main hall: Spacious hall with stage. Ceiling high enough to accommodate a bouncy castle. Games cupboard with games equipment (balls, cones, hi-viz vest etc.).
Central heating, lighting and electrical sockets throughout.
Small Hall: A separate smaller hall can be used as an ideal space for food, with access to the kitchen via a hatch.
Updated 2021: Both the main hall and small hall underwent substantial renovations during the summer of 2021. This included redecoration, plasterwork, insulation and the fitting of custom-made vinyl flooring (see images for more detail
Kitchen: Kitchen facilities include: Two gas ovens with hobs, microwave, kettle, washing up area, disposable plates and cutlery.
Car Park: Car Park with space for approximately 10 cars. (Resurfaced Summer 2021)
Garden: Small outdoor area with outdoors lighting ideal as a small games area/BBQ area. Raised patio with fire pit.
Toilets: Ladies and Gents toilet facilities are available.
Local Amenities: Located in Penketh on the west side of Warrington, Latham hall is within easy reach of several amenities. Bus links, a co-operative supermarket and the ‘Honiton Square’ shopping precinct are all nearby.

Hall Hire Rate – £20 per hour (minimum hire 3 hours)
